Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Orbit holds about you at any time. Here’s how.

If you are a business using Orbit

• Email hello@orbitsoftware.online from the email or phone number linked to your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Tell us your business name and whether you want to delete your whole account or only specific data.

If you messaged a business that uses Orbit

• Reply STOP to that business on WhatsApp to stop receiving messages.
• To delete your data, ask the business directly, or email hello@orbitsoftware.online with the business’s name and your WhatsApp number. We will pass your request to the business and help them complete it.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days, and may ask you to verify that the data is yours.
• We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days.
• Some records, such as invoices, may be kept where the law requires it; these are kept securely and deleted when no longer required.
